Girobabies – Landfill Culture (single review)

Girobabies are about as underground as bands get, so if you’ve not been paying attention, it might surprise you to hear they’ve sold out the Barrowland Ballroom (twice). Their gutter-punk is perfect for a rowdy Barras audience, and one listen to the raging new single, ‘Landfill Culture’, is proof enough.

It’s an unstoppable, angry banger that’ll have you belting back those relentlessly catchy lyrics: The toon is deid! Why do we bother? This city is deid! Why do we suffer?.

‘Landfill Culture’ is out now
