Mubi are offering 3 months worth of films for £1.

26/10/2020 Update: Mubi are no longer offering 3 months for £1. They are instead offering a 7 day free trial.

No matter what we say, staying at home is no easy task for most of us – do it though, do it!

If you’re a film buff missing the cinema experience or just looking for something different to break up your days then Mubi have got you sorted.

Every day they’ll offer up a new film which will be available to stream for 30 days on your laptop, phone, TV or gaming console.  Who knows, by the end of it you might have a dozen new favourite films in your life.

Dispense with the endless search for something good on Netflix (or at least give yourself a break from it) with a new carefully chosen film every day. There’s everything from modern day indies to hidden classics from the classic eras of world cinema on show at any given time.

For starters, we can highly recommend ‘Neighboring Sounds’ which comments on urban class tensions in Brazil and is filled with the city of Recife’s ominous sounds. You can genuinely feel the heat and smell the heavy air through the screen with this one, perfect for transporting you to another world.
