Single review: ASK ALICE – Demonia

This is bass-heavy paganism from Natalie Joy Reid and producer SERA, with massive dance floor drums and speaker-shaking bass drops, pulling influence from early dubstep and the more experimental ends of metal.

It’s a huge, pummelling production, with Reid’s impressive vocal range floating over the top and a wicked pop sensibility under all the demonic introspection.
