Southside Fringe: Plugged In & Wired Festival call for submissions.

Southside Fringe is going online with ‘Plugged In & Wired’ to encourage, support, and provide a platform for creativity in Glasgow’s Southside.

They are inviting filmed content or proposals to form a brand new virtual festival, Plugged In & Wired’ which will be aired in March 2021. They have a limited number of fees payable for successful submissions from creatives living in the postcode areas of G5, G41, G42, G43, G44, and G5, OR who have a history with the festival.

For creatives who may find it difficult to get quality footage of their work the festival team are also providing filming and editing support, this will also give the creatives a resource of their own to promote, providing them with additional opportunity for income. As the funds for fees are limited they do expect submissions to be oversubscribed and a panel will make the final decisions on successful content.

The deadline for submitting a proposal has been extended to 18th December 2020 and those with successful submissions will be notified by 28th of December.
